Recently I had the opportunity to be a part of Vegans of the World – a book organised by the lovely  Emily (username: vegan_emily) who I met through Instagram. Basically, people around the world answer the same set of questions that are then collated into one book. Coming from a social psychology background I love this idea – and I am excited to be a part of it. So I thought that I would share with you some of the questions and my answers

Choosing Happiness

 

I love quotes. There’s something about how the words entangle together that I find really beautiful; so raw in their simplicity with the ability to give such meaning to each person.

On my wall I have countless pictures, some of places I’ve been, places I want to go, images filled with wonder and beauty. Call it a vision board, or an inspiration board or anything you like. To me, it’s like I’ve taken my favourite parts of the thoughts that fill my mind, and put them in a place where I see them every day. Because sometimes they are overlooked, and you forget among your stressful and busy life, the beautiful wanderings of your mind that make up who you are.
